Budget and Schedule
Once we have an established plan and the design is complete, we present a pre-construction package that provides our clients with a precise understanding of the project. Our pre-construction package includes a line-item cost analysis for the client and lender, a complete set of plans, a copy of the construction contract, a detailed time frame for completion of the project, and information on the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.
Our thorough work and due dilligence in the early stages ensures a cost effective and timely build.
